Muffins de plátano, chocolate y canela

Plantain, Chocolate, and Cinnamon Muffins

INGREDIENTS.-

125 grams flour
1/2 tablespoons baking powder
68 grams butter (melted and cooled)
125 grams granulated sugar
1 egg
1 plantain (ripe, mashed with a fork)
Ground cinnamon
Chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS.-

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.
In another bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, egg, plantain, and ground cinnamon.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients until well combined.
Fold in as many chocolate chips as you like.
Fill muffin tins 3/4 full and bake for 20 minutes.
