Chocolate and banana mouse

3 ripe bananas
Three eggs
1 tablet of 180 g dark chocolate
½ cup of chopped walnuts
6 tablespoons of sugar
Cinnamon and cocoa powder

1 - Heat a saucepan with one and a half cups of water. Dissolve the sugar.
2 - Peel the bananas, cut them, and cook them in the water with sugar.
3 - Once the bananas are cooked, blend them with the remaining water and sugar.
4 - Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with the bananas and set aside.
5 - Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Chop the chocolate tablet into pieces. Place the chocolate pieces in a heat-resistant container. Heat a saucepan with water that can accommodate the container; place it in the water, making sure no water enters. Wait for the chocolate to melt.
6 - Mix the melted chocolate with the banana mixture until a cream is obtained.
7 - Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the banana, egg, and chocolate mixture. Distribute the mixture into small containers. Place walnut pieces on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cocoa powder for decoration.
8 - Refrigerate for a few hours. Serve.
